      When Creating a New PreAuth Why Does the Loading Control Number (LCN) / Petroex Field Disappear?

      I have chosen a House or Custom Recipe, but the LCN / Petroex Field is greyed out.

      • If the LCN / Petroex Field gets greyed out that means the recipe that was selected, has a product that is not allowed by the supplier in the Loading Control Number (LCN). 
        • Once a recipe (house or custom) has been selected, only LCN's that allow select products appear in the dropdown.
