What is a Loading Control (LCN)And Petroex Number?

LCN - Loading Control Number. Managed by Suppliers in the ONEOK Swift Loading system for Carrier companies via Customer Authorizations.

PETROEX - Petroleum Product Exchange. This is an industry phrase that people use to describe the mechanism for Suppliers to use companies like DTN TABS and TDS to manage allocations and other aspects of a load.

When submitting a PreAuth order, enter the number given to you by the Supplier in the LCN / PreAuth field. This will ensure that the Supplier's requirements for that load are met
Loading parameters may include rules regarding:- Load Destination(s).
- Load Product Type.
- Load Product Volume.
- If an LCN is attached to a Load, drivers will enter the LCN number at the ONEOK Terminal in order to Load.
