Within Self Authorizations, enable (turn on) A78 and V78 new product code to prepare for 1-psi Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) waiver.

New Authorization Workflow
Users can quickly set up new base authorizations at multiple locations.
1. Click New Authorizations.
2. Select Product.
3. Type V78 in Product field. Select V78 SUB OCT UNL in drop down.
3. Type A78 in Product field. Select A78 PREM 7.8 RVP in drop down.
4. Click Continue.
5. Select applicable Refined Products Locations.
6. Click Submit.
7. Click Done.
One-by-One Setups
Authorize by Product
Base Products = These are required to have inventory and be authorized.

- V78 SUB OCT UNL
- A78 PREM 7.8 RVP
Custom Products = Supplier is authorized to pull base products and custom products from the same Inventory Owner, as they own all components of the blend.
Supplier Directed Blends = Supplier is authorized to pull base products from any Inventory Owner

- Select Product and type in V78.
- Click the V78 SUB OCT UNL on the left-hand side.
- Click Turn On at the necessary terminal locations.
Click Confirm.
Authorize by Location
- Select View by Location in the dropdown and type in the ONEOK Refined Product terminal either by name or Location ID.
- Select the location on the left-hand side.
- Click Turn On for the necessary base products under the Base Products Tab.
- Click Turn On for the necessary products under the Custom Products tab or Supplier Directed Blend tab.
- Click Confirm.
