Within Supplier Authorizations, enable (turn on) A78 and V78 new product code to prepare for 1-psi Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) waiver.

Three decisions are to be considering when authorizing:
1. Authorizing only Base Product Authorizations (A78 and V78)
2. Authorizing only Custom Product Authorization (not authorizing base products to be loaded under the rack, only the custom products)
3. Authorizing both base products and custom products.
What is a Supplier Authorization?

1. Click on Supplier Authorization tile. (Swift > Loading Module > Supplier Authorization)
New Authorization Workflow by Product
Users can quickly set up a new supplier authorizations for a specific product at multiple locations.
1. Click New Authorizations.
2. Select Product.
3. Type Supplier name in Supplier Field. As you type, your authorized preferred Supplier should generate.
4. Type V78 in Product Field. Select V78 SUB OCT UNL in drop down.
4. Type A78 in Product field. Select A78 PREM 7.8 RVP in drop down.
5. Input your preferred Authorization number.
6. Select Authorization type.
7. Click Continue.
8. Select applicable Locations to authorize the A78 / V78 for the designated Supplier.
9. Click Continue.
10. Review Authorization. Click Submit.
11. Click Done.
New Authorization Workflow by Product
Users can quickly set up new supplier authorizations by location for multiple products.
1. Click New Authorizations.
2. Select Location.
3. Type Supplier name in Supplier Field. As you type, your authorized preferred Supplier should generate.
4. Type Location and select from the drop down.
5. Input your preferred Authorization number.
6. Select Authorization type.
7. Click Continue.
8. Select the Products to enable.
9. Click Continue.
10. Review and click Submit.
11. Click Done.

Authorize by Product
1. Select Product in the drop down.
2. Type A78 in Filter Products field. Select the product in the left-hand column.
2. Type V78 in Filter Products field. Select the product in the left-hand column.
3. Click Turn On for preferred Suppliers.
4. Click Confirm.
Authorize by Location
1. Select Location in the drop down.
2. Type A78 in Filter Products field. Select the product in the left-hand column.
2. Type V78 in Filter Products field. Select the product in the left-hand column.
3. Click Turn On for preferred Suppliers.
