Why must my carrier company sign a Carrier System Services Agreement (SSA) to access Swift Dispatch?

The System Services and Software Agreement (SSA) covers your Swift Dispatch web application access.

New functionality and services will be available through Swift Dispatch. The SSA covers your company and ONEOK from a legal perspective, enabling access to Swift Dispatch.

Anyone with authority at your company to execute terms and conditions can digitally sign the SSA within our Carrier application.

Find the SSA by clicking the "Actions" button in the upper-right corner of the Service Agreements module within the Carrier dashboard.

After reviewing the document, enter your Portal userID or email and password to sign and complete this onboarding step digitally. (These credentials are the same as your myMagellan portal access info.)

Once an authorized member of your company has digitally signed, the service agreement section is complete and will show "Signed" with the user and signature date visible.
