Certifications and paperwork a trailer needs to load at a ONEOK Refined Fuels Terminal.
What is Trailer Compliance?
- Trailer Compliance allows you to create and manage certifications for Trailers in order to be able to load at a ONEOK Refined Fuels Terminal (Create new Trailer Article).
- To be compliant each Trailer needs to have a Wet Test and a Method 27 (State-EPA) form on file.
- Certifications are effective for one year (365 day schedule).
How do I upload Trailer Certification in Swift?
- Swift Home Page > Dispatching > Trailer Compliance
- In the upper right hand of the Trailer Status screen, select New Trailer and follow the prompts.
- If your documentation is combined in one file upload one copy to each section (Wet Test and Method 27).
- At this time you cannot bulk upload documentation from Excel or other sources.
Do I need to upload Trailer Certification for each Terminal I load from?
- Trailers or VTC Certifications only need to be uploaded once.
- They are valid at all ONEOK Refined Fuels Terminals.
- Additional Terminal locations can be added online by logging into Swift > Dispatch > Trailer Compliance > View by Trailer ID
Where can I get a Method 27 or a Wet Test form?
- Swift Home Page > Dispatching > Trailer Compliance > Upper Right Corner New Trailer > Upload Required Documents > Hover mouse over the i and links will appear to download the paperwork.
How do I view the documents I've uploaded?
- Swift Home Page > Dispatching > Trailer Compliance > View Trailer > Documents.
Can I bring paper trailer certification to a ONEOK Terminal?
- ONEOK Refined Fuels Terminals no longer accept paper certification.
Can I certify my trailer after hours so I can load now?
- Yes but In the next seven-days the certification will need to be uploaded to Swift Dispatch to continue to load for the remainder of the year.
- Bring your paper certification to a ONEOK Terminal and show it to an Operator. If the paperwork is properly filled out, the operator can grant a seven-day grace period that will allow you to load.
Can I Load if my Trailer Certifications are Expired?
- No you cannot upload expired Trailer Certifications.
- You can upload new documentation by clicking Edit on the specific Trailer.
I can't find the Trailer/VTC number in Swift.
- If the trailer is not approved at the required ONEOK refined terminal, but is in the system, you can "Edit" the trailer to add the required ONEOK refined terminal or the trailer can be added in Swift.
