Bringing refined fuels into the ONEOK refined fuel pipeline system
- Shippers can be batch owners or non-batch owners.
- Batch owners bring in refined fuels from outside origins and have the authority to allocate parts of that batch to other shippers, who become non-batch owners.
- All shippers move their products through the ONEOK refined fuel pipeline system to a ONEOK refined fuel terminal.
