What is a Shipper?

Bringing refined fuels into the ONEOK refined fuel pipeline system

  • Shippers can be batch owners or non-batch owners.
  • Batch owners bring in refined fuels from outside origins and have the authority to allocate parts of that batch to other shippers, who become non-batch owners.
  • All shippers move their products through the ONEOK refined fuel pipeline system to a ONEOK refined fuel terminal.
  • At the ONEOK refined fuel terminal, shippers can assign product ownership to Inventory Owners.
