What if I upload the wrong document for trailers and drivers?

Carriers are responsible to to have current documentation on file with Magellan.

  • Each carrier is responsible for having documentation that meets all legal criteria and is currently in effect, with current dates. 
  • Each carrier is responsible for any repercussions if the uploaded documentation doesn’t meet the legal criteria for that trailer to be in service in that state.   
  • Please double check the document that is being uploaded. 
To verify trailer documentation in Trailer Status - View Trailer select Documents and click the down arrow to see what has been uploaded.
