What happens if Swift Dispatch PreAuth is unable to accept a new Load?

Swift PreAuth is not accepting new orders due to technical issues.

I'm unable to submit a new load in Swift.

• If Swift is experiencing an outage, or another technical issue and you need to submit a load, call the ONEOK Refined Fuels Terminal to see if a load can be entered manually at the rack.
• To get contact information search for: "Terminal Contact Information" in the Message Icon in the lower left hand portion of the screen.
