      How do I Create a new PreAuth in Swift Dispatch?

      Dispatchers can create and manage loads for drivers in Swift.

      How do I create a new PreAuth? 

      1. Swift Home Page > Dispatching module > PreAuth module > Upper Right Corner > New PreAuth
      2. Give your PreAuth an Internal PO Number. This is a unique number that will help the driver identify the correct order at the ONEOK refined fuel terminal. 
      3. Pick the delivery start and end time. (This is a time range of when the load can be picked up)
      4. Pick the ONEOK refined fuel terminal location for the current load. 
      5. The Driver and Trailer ID sections will populate a list automatically showing your certified Drivers and Trailers for you to choose from.  
      6. Click Continue

      7. For Load Type, select either Custom or House Recipe. Both of these options will dynamically load new fields.

      8. Choose the Supplier affiliate number.

      9. Choose the Loading Control (LCN) number (What is a Loading Control Number LCN)

      10. Select the Recipe. 

      11. Select the Destination.

      12. Enter the Volume amount allowed for the load.

      13. Review the Load Summary then click Submit.

      14. You will get a message saying your load has been submitted then click Done.
