Within the carrier portal, Insurance Certificates has status of "Approved" and Access Agreement status says "Approved for Loading," but the terminals do not show our company in the system.

Once your company is approved in the Carrier app, there are still some actions required before you can load at a ONEOK Refined Fuels terminal.

BEFORE you can load at any ONEOK refined fuel terminals, you will need a Supplier(s) authorization to load product there, driver(s) authorized by the terminal and trailers with proper M27/Wet Test certifications.

  1. Carrier Authorization:  Have your supplier authorize you, within Swift, for each terminal they would like you to load. This grants you the ability to pull their products at those ONEOK Refined Fuel Terminals.
  2. Drivers:  Contact the specific terminal(s) for driver training instructions. Contact List for ONEOK Refined Terminals
  3. Trailers:  You will need to work with the on-site team at each terminal to document trailer certifications.
