How do I find Terminal Locator within Swift?
- Swift Home Page > Loading > Terminal Information. This opens a map that has all ONEOK refined fuel terminals pinned.
- Start filtering by Location, Products, or Additives OR use the map directly.
How do I find a terminal in Terminal Locator?
- Zoom in or out on the map OR filter by Location
- Click on the pin or a terminal location listed on the left panel
- The terminal name and address are listed
- Hover over the terminal name on the map which will highlight green
- Click to open up the Terminal Information overview
What terminal information is available in Terminal Locator?
- Base products and additives offered by terminal
- Terminal Address
- Terminal's Hours of Operation
- Phone Number
- SPLC Code
- IRS Code
- Rack Wait Time insight and next best time to load (only available for Swift+ customers)
- Alerts, Notifications and Outages
How do receive terminal alert notifications?
- From within the terminal-specific information page, click the Alerts tab or scroll to the bottom of the page
- Toggle the alert options on or off
- Email and SMS (mobile) alerts are sent to the user's provided contact information in your ONEOK's customer portal
- Be sure to provide a mobile number for SMS alerts
- Also, there is the option to select Outage Categories and Time Ranges for which to receive alerts
