Signing the Service Agreement (SSA) as a Carrier

Watch the video below, or follow the steps below to sign your Service Agreement in the MyMagellan Portal today.

To sign your service agreement, follow the steps below:

• Login to myMagellan Portal
• Navigate to the Carrier App
• Click into your Carrier company (under “My Carriers”)
• Click the “Action” menu button in the Service Agreement area to “Sign SSA”
• Click the “Sign SSA” button after reviewing the embedded PDF document
• Enter your credentials to digitally sign the SSA
• You’re done!
