BUG FIXES

User Permissions

  • The User Permission screen now loads promptly.
  • User Permissions are now entirely saved when a user clicks the Save button. The newly-provisioned user will need to log out and log back in to see the updated settings saved.

Shipping > Batches

  • Missing Origins are now available.
  • Batches Overview filter
    • When a user changes the start date filter, the end date filter will automatically shift to encompass a 30-day end date from the selected start date. Users must click the Clear Filters button to reset their view and start over.
    • This automatic application is for all filter statuses: All, Open, Error, Closed.
    • If a user wants a broader date range, the user needs to extend the end date manually.

Loading > Self-Authorizations

  • Missing product code M15T is now available.

(NOW IN SWIFT!) ENHANCEMENTS

Inventory > Product Transfer Orders (1)

  • When a user selects View List or View Closed, a back button is now available in the bottom right-hand corner.  User no longer has to use the browser back button.

Shipping > Batches (6)

  • Breadcrumbs are now available throughout the Batches creation workflow.

    • User can see in the top area of the Batches screen – while still in the Batches creation screen - where in the Batch creation workflow and process they are and what has been created.
    • By clicking on the desired hyperlink, the breadcrumb workflow allows the user to easily backstep in the workflow process; it is essentially an easy-to-navigate back button.
    • To return to the previous screen, users click their desired breadcrumb view, and the screen will change.
    • The user no longer has to use the browser's back button.
  • Copy Functionality
    • Available in the card view only.
    • For any Batch with an open status, the user can now copy an existing open Batch.  The user will then clear out the details that need to be changed.
    • Open statuses include Processing and In Transit. If a Batch status displays Shipped or Cannot Book, that Batch cannot be manipulated.
      • Batches Status Definitions
        • Processing = Tentative / Accepted
        • In Transit = Open
        • Cancelled = Cancelled
        • Expired = Expired
        • Shipped = Closed / Net
        • Unconfirmed = Pending
  • The previous 30 days are automatically calculated and shown.

    • On the Batches overview screen, the previous 30-day transactions automatically calculate in the Swift screen, without filtering the data to generate details and date range.
  • Number of Filters Applied Visual

    • When viewing the Batches, Shipments or Distributions screen, a new Filter icon shows the user how many filters are applied to their current view.

    • Note: The filters within the Show Filters on the left-hand side will override the filters within the data results within the data grid.

  • Reset View Filters
      • Within the new List view of Batches, there is a Reset Button allowing the user to clear filters and reset the view to its original state.
      • This Reset View button only resets the data within the data grid.

  • Toggle On/Off a Different View:
    • Toggle choice: Two views are now available: 1) Card (Existing) and 2) NEW! List View
    • From the Batches Overview screen only, users can now view Batches information in a list data view or a card view by selecting their preferred view via a toggle button.
    • Users do have to toggle between list and card preference.
    • Benefits of the list view:
      • Presents a consistent and familiar experience similar to Inventory Reporting.
      • Allows for additional filtering and ability to group by statuses.
      • Allows for a drag-and-drop preferred column arrangement within your view.
      • Ability to export to Excel.
    • The list view is coming for Shipments and Distributions.
    • To reset the group-by filter:

      1. Click the vertical ellipse on the farthest left column
      2. Click "Stop Grouping by ___." Stopping will reset your list view within Batches.

Inventory > Inventory Dashboard, Inventory Reporting AND Shipping > Batches (3)

Persistent Filters: Now Available within Multiple Features

Persistent Filters are now present within Inventory Dashboard, Inventory Reporting and Batches Overview, Shipments and Distribution screens.

Persistent Filters are not currently in Reconsignments, all Loading features or Global.

What is a Persistent Filter?

  • Filters will remain - or persist - after a user selects a field drop-down.
  • Users can navigate to other features within Swift. When they return to a previously applied persistent filter, those settings are saved. This allows the user to re-do their previous transaction within that Swift feature that has persistent filters.
  • A filter applied within the Show Filters Panel, will override a filter that is applied in the List view. (If I filter by A grade in Show Filters, then choose List View and Filter A grade, It will only show A Grade).

Please note:

  • When toggling between Inventory Reports, the persistent filters do not hold. The user will have to fill out headers each time they want to re-pull different reports.
  • Reset View within Inventory Reports only clears filters in the second row, not the Report Type Filters.
