Release: 1.19.0
The descriptions below are now available in Swift, as of early November.
🐞Bug Fixes: Ten (10)
📣Customer-Requested & Usability Enhancements: Five (5)
BUG FIXES
Nine Bug Fixes
- Inventory > Product Transfer Order (PTO)
- Shipping > Batches
- Loading > Carrier Authorizations
- Loading > Customer Authorizations
- Global > Destinations
Inventory > Product Transfer Orders (PTO)
One Bug Fix
- Users can no longer select barrels with a Reserved status for use in a new PTO. Reserved barrels are no longer an option to select.
Shipping > Batches
Three Bug Fixes
- Batches and Shipments: Within the Edit and Delete Distributions workflow, when a user decreases a Distribution volume, thus editing the total Shipment volume, the Shipment total sum for the total Distributed Volume correctly calculates in real-time.
- Third-Party Shipper Capability
- Users can now successfully create a Batch for third-party shippers.
-
Two Possible Areas in Swift
- In the + New Batch creation workflow, after the Batch Details creation, when a user begins the Shipper Allocation setup and goes to select Shipper in the dropdown, most third-party shippers are not displayed.
- When editing a Batch and adding a + New Shipment workflow, most third-party shippers are not available.
- Delete Distribution Capability
- Batches > Distributions tab: from the vertical ellipse, the user is now able to select Delete Distribution for any Distribution in an open status - Processing status (an open status)
- Open statuses include Processing and In Transit. If a Batch status displays Shipped or Cannot Book, that Batch cannot be manipulated.
- What are the status definitions within Batches?
-
-
- Processing = Tentative / Accepted
- In Transit = Open
- Cancelled = Cancelled
- Expired = Expired
- Shipped = Closed / Net
- Unconfirmed = Unconfirmed
- Pending could be several reasons
-
Loading > Carrier Authorizations
One Bug Fix
- Swift has an expanded and updated carrier list.
Loading > Customer Authorizations (New and Edit)
Three Bug Fixes
- The Remaining Volume previously showed as 0 (zero) in Swift. It now reflects correctly as Unlimited in both Swift and ATLAS back-end systems.
- When a user edits the City and State, the correct association of City and State generates. When adding a Loading Control Number and the need to Link Destination generates, the correct Destination Names link to the State.
-
- In a +New and Editing Customer Authorization process, when a user associates multiple Loading Control Numbers (LCN), all LCNs remain linked, whether new or existing. Previously, when a second+ LCN was added, the already-linked LCN would unlink.
Global > Destinations
One Bug Fix
- Users no longer see duplicate data on subsequent pages. The correct results are generated within the multiple pages and rows.
(NOW IN SWIFT!) ENHANCEMENTS (5)
Three Enhancements
- Inventory > Product Transfer Order (PTO)
- Inventory > Reconsignments
- Shipping > Batches
Inventory > Reconsignments
- When creating a new Reconsignment, under Source Location Filters, the ability to radio select options under the Reserved Status filter has been removed.
- This removes the ability for a user to reconsign reserved barrels.
Inventory > Product Transfer Orders (PTO)
- From the PTO card Overview Page, the user can now easily see the PTO ID.
Shipping > Batches
Three Enhancements
- Toggle View for List View: Two views are now available: 1) Card (Existing) and 2) NEW! List View
- Shipments Tab
- Users can now view Batches information from the Shipments screen in a list data view or a card view by selecting their preferred view via a toggle button.
- Users do have to toggle between list and card preference.
- Benefits of the list view:
- Presents a consistent and familiar experience similar to Inventory Reporting.
- Allows for additional filtering and the ability to group by status.
- Allows for a drag-and-drop preferred column arrangement within your view.
- Ability to export to Excel.
- The list view is coming for the Distributions tab.
- The list view is already available for the Batches Overview tab.
- Shipments Tab
To reset the group-by filter:
-
-
- Click the vertical ellipse on the farthest left column
- Click "Stop Grouping by ___." Stopping will reset your list view within Batches.
-
- After a user submits a New Batch, the Submit button now greys out, making it impossible for the user to click. This ensures that only one Batch is created per each Submit call to action.
-
- After a successful submission to create a new Batch, the Batch ID is now visible on the Batch Details overview.
