      Monthly Nominations

      Request - or nominate - space on ONEOK's refined fuel pipeline for the upcoming period.

      What is a Monthly Nomination?

      • Monthly, shippers submit nominations to ONEOK requesting space to bring refined fuels into ONEOK's system for the open, upcoming period.
      • Shippers nominate the pipeline segment, product type, and volume they want to move.
      • ONEOK schedulers review these requests.
      • Batch owners can accept all, some, or reject the awarded volumes.

        Critical: You must nominate for the upcoming month before the 15th of the current month. Nominations open for the next period as soon as the prior period closes.

      How do I create a New Nomination?

      1. Swift Home Page > Shipping > Monthly Nominations
      2. In the upper left-hand corner, confirm that your nomination period is for the correct upcoming period.
      3. Upper right-hand corner: New Nomination OR (+ on the top right corner from anywhere in Swift) New Monthly Nominations
      4. Select your Segment 
      5. Select the nomination month
      6. Type in volume for each product grade you wish to nominate
      7. Click Submit 

      How do I view and edit a Nomination?

      1. Swift Home Page > Shipping > Monthly Nominations
      2. Nominated screen: view nominations submitted for the open period
      3. Edit Volume of Nomination
      4. Click Save

      What is an awarded Nomination?

      An awarded Nomination is pipeline space allocated for your shipments in the upcoming period.

      How do I know what Nominations I have been awarded?

      1. Swift Home Page > Shipping > Monthly Nominations
      2. Awarded screen: view awarded nominations for the upcoming period

      How do I accept an awarded Nomination? 

      1. Click Elect on an awarded Nomination to accept the awarded volume OR
      2. You can edit the volume you want to accept by editing the Vol. Accepted column.
        1. Click Save 

      How do I view my Accepted Nominations?

      1. Swift Home Page > Shipping > Monthly Nominations
      2. Accepted screen: view all accepted Nominations

      How do I view my Rejected Nominations?

      1. Swift Home Page > Shipping > Monthly Nominations
      2. Rejected screen: view all rejected Nominations
