Inviting New Users to Swift

This seven-step process can only be completed by your company’s current Security Administrator (SA).

Log in to Swift: http://swift.magellanlp.com

Log in to Swift using your ATLAS username email and password and then the six numerical code from your multi-factor authentication (MFA) application.
    • If a user has questions around MFA, please visit MFA website.
    • If this does not resolve your issue, in order for your scenario to be looked at immediately, please call our ONEOK service desk at 833-ONEOKIT (833-663-6548).  
      • This is the fastest way to ensure your scenario and behavior reviewed. Additionally, calling will create a ticket, which allows the request to be tracked, reviewed, and if necessary, escalated in a timely manner directly to the correct team(s). 

Provision User Permissions within Swift

  1. Once SA logs into Swift, go to Dashboard (hamburger) in upper left-hand corner.
  2. Click COG settings wheel.
  3. Click User Permissions.

 

4. Click Edit Permissions.

5. Select appropriate affiliates for specific user. Scroll down to Feature Permissions.

6. Select appropriate features for specific user.
    1. View: Read-only. No ability to complete actions (create, edit, cancel, accept)
    2. Manage: Ability to view and ability to complete actions.

7. Save.

8. Security Admin should log out of Swift and log back in. All newly provisioned users need to log out of Swift, close browser and access Swift via swift.magellanlp.com.
