What Inventory Reports are available?
A range of Inventory reports are available by pipeline system and product group. The following reports are offered:
- Bills of Lading (by supplier)
- Bills of Lading (by inventory owner)
- Booking History
- Current Details
- Current Summary
- Historical Inventory
- Inventory Projections
Inventory Reports can be exported for analysis and reporting. Data available in Inventory Reports are also available as APIs with Swift+.
How do I view Inventory Reports?
- Swift Home Page > Inventory > Inventory Dashboard > Inventory Reports tab
- Select the Report Type
- Select date range if applicable
- Select the Pipeline System (tip: start typing the name of the system to narrow the search quickly)
- Select the Product Group
- View results
- Use the toolbar to hide or show columns. Rearrange the order of columns by dragging column headers
- Use the toolbar filters to further narrow results
- Hover over the column headers and click the ellipses to open column management options
- Export or print from the results toolbar
