Monitor and plan inventory movements of refined fuels in ONEOK's system with Inventory Projections

What are Inventory Projections?

• Inventory projections forecast future inventory based on scheduled transactions.
• Inventory Owners can monitor and plan their inventory movements by viewing their current and projected refined fuel product inventory levels.
• Use these projections for any feature that is bookable.

How do I view Inventory Projections?

Inventory Dashboard

1. Swift Home Page > Inventory > Inventory Dashboard > Inventory Projections
2. Select a Pipeline System from the dropdown (tip: start typing the name of the system to narrow the search quickly)
3. Select a Product from the dropdown
4. View the current inventory information displayed:
   • Average daily loadings of product in the pipeline system
   • Current supply in days based on average loadings
   • System minimum and maximum allocation volumes
   • Inventory in transit and available
5. Hover over inventory gauges for further information
   • Controlled and uncontrolled volumes
   • Available space in barrels for Min/Max volumes
6. View Future Projections at the bottom of the dashboard
