      I can't find the Product Order (PO) number for my Load while I am the Terminal Screen at the rack.

      Product Order (PO) numbers are created by dispatchers to help drivers identify the correct Load to pick up at the Terminal.

      • A technical issue may be preventing you from finding PO number on the screen at the Terminal. 
      • Drivers should manually enter the load under the rack, rather than wait for the Load to appear on the screen. 
      • Drivers should direct any questions to the Terminal Operator on site.
