How do I reserve/unreserve a barrel in Swift?

Swift's current state

• There is not currently an option to reserve/unreserve barrels within Swift. Utilize trading hubs within the system to hold "reserve" type barrels.
• Please continue utilizing the Shipper Services team to assist.

Future State

• ONEOK refined fuels is working on a product enhancement to address this process feature. We do not have an ETA.
