      How do I get certified as a driver eligible to load at a ONEOK Refined Fuels Terminal?

      How do I become an active ONEOK Driver?


      1. The driver needs to contact the specific ONEOK Refined Fuels terminal they would like to load from and ask when they offer their driver training. 
      2. Once the driver has completed the terminal training, the terminal will activate them and give them a card, if needed.  
      3. The driver will stay active unless they violate terminal rules.
      4. The driver's deactivation is reflected in Swift Dispatch, allowing dispatchers to see the driver's current status to prevent sending them to a terminal they cannot load.

      What Paperwork do I need to become a Driver?

      1. Drivers must submit their driver's license, training certificate, and the below additional forms. Take the documents to the ONEOK Refined Fuels terminal(s) you wish to load. 
      2. Forms include:
        • The 3rd-Party Driver Safety.
        • Training Certificate (09-FORM-1056) from Magellan.
        • State-issued driver's license.
        • Driver Authorization form from their new carrier.
