How can I filter trailers or terminals?

Swift Dispatch allows you to filter the number of cards or options to a more manageable list to read.

VIEW BY LOCATION

1. Filtering by Trailer ID:

When viewing your fleet by location in SWIFT DISPATCH, you have the flexibility to filter trailers by their unique Trailer ID, also known as the Vapor Tightness Code.

2. Filtering by Expiration:

Not Expired: This filter option displays trailers with certifications that are currently valid and have not yet expired. It ensures that you can identify trailers that are ready for immediate use.

Expiring Soon: With this filter, you can view trailers whose certifications are nearing their expiration date, typically within the next 30 days. It helps you proactively manage upcoming renewals and avoid operational disruptions.

Expired: The "Expired" filter displays trailers with certifications that have already expired. This filter is particularly useful for identifying trailers that require immediate attention to renew their certifications.

3. Filtering by Status:

Trailer Status: You can filter trailers by their current status, allowing you to sort and identify trailers based on their operational condition. Common statuses may include "ACTIVE," "INACTIVE," "PENDING," "WARNING," and more.
