Does Swift contact the Dispatcher if a driver's status changes?

Currently Swift does not proactively notify Carrier companies if a drivers status changes.

• Swift Dispatch presents all of the Driver status' so the Carrier company can see which drivers can load at a Magellan terminal at anytime. 
• Terminal operators may proactively inform a Carrier's dispatcher apart from Swift, but currently Swift Dispatch does not send any notices.
