Access to ONEOK refined fuels applications begins with a Customer Portal account

Benefit: your individual account is setup properly with ONEOK. You will use this username and password to login to all other apps, including Swift.

What you'll need: email address to receive notifications 

What you’ll do: set up an account, including password and three security questions

What you’ll get: ability to become associated to a new or existing customer company that has access to ONEOK refined fuels applications

Decision Point

  1. If you don't have a myMagellan Customer Portal account set up, you should proceed through that sign-up process first. Click here to jump to that section.
  2. If you do already have a Portal account set up but are experiencing issues with it, read through the below list of common issues.
    1. Password issues
    2. Security questions (multi-factor questions)
    3. PIN for support

Common Issues:

I can't remember my password or it's not working

  • If you're still logged in, you can reset your password by going to My Account and clicking on the Change Password link. (See below screenshot.)
  • If you can't log in, you can contact the ONEOK Service Desk for a password reset request.

⚠️If you don't log in to your myMagellan Portal account for 15 months, it becomes deactivated.

⚠️If you enter an incorrect password five times in a row, your account becomes locked.

Both of these issues will require a call to the ONEOK Service Desk to resolve.

 


I don't have the security question answers

  1. If you can't remember or don't have the answers, you can reset your multi-factor questions (security questions) by clicking the link from My Account (shown above)
  2. You will be asked to confirm that you want to perform a reset
  3. After confirming, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the reset
  4. Click the link from the email, enter your username, password, and captcha and submit the form. Your account is now marked as ready for a security question reset
  5. Last step is to Log Out of your account and log back in. From the top right of the portal, there should be a “Welcome…” button you can hover over and choose to logout from a dropdown option:
  6. After logging out, log back in and you will be prompted to change your security questions.

Your security questions are CASE SENSITIVE; enter them carefully to match your original answers.

The helpdesk is asking for my support PIN

  • You can setup or reset your PIN from the My Account area of the Portal.
  • The Helpdesk with ask for your PIN to help verify your identity when you call in

I never got the account sign-up email

  • Check your spam or junk folders
  • If the email still hasn't appeared, please call the helpdesk

 

New Portal account signup

You can create a new portal account in a few minutes.

Visit https://portal.magellanlp.com/signup.aspx and complete the signup process.

You will need to provide:

  • Your name
  • A valid email address
  • Password
  • Three security questions
