How do I contact the ONEOK IT service desk?

When you need help with your portal account or aren't sure where to go for help, contact the ONEOK service desk for all questions related to ONEOK applications.

When calling the help desk, be prepared to provide them with as much information as you can to help accelerate the resolution of your issue.

Here's a starter list of info that is helpful to have when you call:

  • Your first and last name
  • Callback phone number
  • Support PIN number
  • The e-mail associated with your myMagellan portal account
  • The company you're associated with
  • Detailed explanation  of your problem (screenshots are a bonus)
  • Date/time/scenario of when you experienced the problem
