What is a Carrier Authorization?
An authorization provided by a Supplier to a Carrier allowing them to load product on behalf of the Supplier at a ONEOK truck rack. In swift a supplier can create, manage and view their given carrier authorizations.
How do I create a new Carrier Authorization?
- Swift Homepage > Loading > Carrier Authorizations
- Right hand side > New Authorization
- Select to authorize by Carrier or Location
- Select the Carrier or Location from the dropdown > Continue
- Select the Carriers or Locations or select all > Continue
- Choose whether to allow loading for all, or only selected
- Submit
How do I edit a Carrier Authorization?
- Swift Homepage > Loading > Carrier Authorizations
- Right hand side > Filter by carrier or location
- Click Edit on desired authorization card
