How do I search Batches by batch number?

Swift Home Page > Shipping > Batches (Batch Overview page)

The search begins with Batch information retrieved for the selected calendar period. Then, you can select the specific batch or begin typing the batch number into the filter to find the desired batch information.

Where in Swift can I find the "Shipment Consignment Confirmations" screen?

Swift Home Page > Shipping > Batches > From the Batches Overview Screen, click the Distributions tab

When I go to Shipments and try to Edit Distribution, it does not allow me to make any volume changes?

How do I make volume changes on a distribution?

If it’s volumetric, the edit is done on the shipment(s), and those can be edited by utilizing the three ellipses.  To reduce volumes, you need to be editing within shipment tab.  Shipments now populate the Batch volume field.

How do I change volume on Shipments?

You will need to unlink the distribution before you can change the volumes on shipments.

What are the status definitions within Batches?

Processing = Tentative / Accepted

In Transit = Open

Cancelled = Cancelled

Expired = Expired

Shipped = Closed / Net

Unconfirmed = Pending
