What is Authorization Sequencing?

• Suppliers specify the preferred order of Supplier Authorizations to use when loading at a ONEOK refined fuel terminal
• The resulting sequence ensures that the most favorable inventory is loaded first
• Make an Inventory Owner primary
• Make an Inventory Owner last in multiple sequences
• Apply a sequence of Inventory Owners
• Remove Inventory Owner(s) from all sequences

How do I manage Authorization Sequencing?

1. Swift Home Page > Loading > Authorization Sequencing
2. Filter by product or location using the left panel filter
   1. Start typing in the text filter for a quicker search
3. Select the product or location of interest on the left panel to view options
   1. Filter within the selection using the filters drop-down in the top right
4. Click Edit on a sequencing card to view sequences and edit

How do I change an Authorization Sequence?

1. After clicking Edit on a sequencing card, use the right panel to view Current and Future sequences
   
   • Rearrange the order of the sequence by dragging and dropping authorizations into the desired order
   • Remove authorizations from the sequence by clicking 'X' on the authorization
   • Add an authorization to the sequence from the bottom of the panel
     • Click '+' to add to Current Sequence
     • Click the calendar icon to add to the Future Sequence
   • For Future Sequences, set the effective date
2. Click on Submit Sequence
3. Click Confirm to update the Authorization Sequence

What is the Sequencing Wizard*?

The Sequencing Wizard enables the ability to change the Authorization Sequence for multiple locations and products simultaneously.

*This is a Swift+ only feature.

How to use the Sequencing Wizard

1. Swift Home Page > Loading > Authorization Sequencing
2. Click Launch Sequencing Wizard in the upper-right corner
3. Select the change to be made > Continue
4. Click into the Inventory Owner box to activate drop-down or to start typing the Inventory Owner name
   1. Select Inventory Owner(s) that apply
   2. Use the up and down arrows to rearrange Inventory Owners into the desired sequence (when Applying a sequence of Inventory Owners)
   3. Click Continue
5. Select the Products that the change applies to
6. Select the locations that the change applies to
7. Select whether to activate changes on a specified future date
8. Review the Sequence Changes summary
9. Click Continue to submit
