I have logged into the Customer Portal for years to upload insurance. Is this different?

Your company's Certificate of Insurance (COI) will continue to be maintained in the Carrier app (within the Customer Portal).

  • Your carrier's COI – Certificate of Insurance. annual uploading process is not changing; continue business as usual for this.
  • Swift Dispatch focuses on each individual trailer’s inspection certificate. 
    • Previously, the driver engaged directly with the ONEOK refined fuels terminal operators for this trailer inspection certificate exchange. 
    • Going forward, the driver/carrier company will no longer engage with the  Terminal operator but will start uploading via Swift.
