Feature Release: 'New Reconsignments'

How do users take advantage of the new 'New Reconsignment' workflow in Swift?

Inventory > Reconsignments > New Reconsignment

This article overviews the New Reconsignment experience, rebuilt from the ground up to focus on the most common Reconsignment workflow in Swift: moving barrels from one location to multiple 'many' locations.

Training Video Walkthrough

This one-minute video walks through the new '1 to Many (New Reconsignment)' workflow.

What is the New Reconsignment feature?

The new '1 to Many (New Reconsignment)' workflow allows users to:

  • Generate multiple Reconsignments from the same one 'From Location' (previously called "Source") to many 'To Locations' (previously called "Destination").

  • View details of all available origins at each 'From Location' when utilizing the “View Details” button.

  • Saves user's table preferences like sort, column show/hide, column ordering.

  • Ability to quickly see the Refined Products terminal(s) on Allocation (volume restrictions) when allocating volume.
