What can users do in the Associated Shipments table?
The Associated Shipments table offers intuitive editing capabilities:
- Select and click into a cell to modify configurable fields in the Associated Shipment table
- The interface alerts users if they attempt to reduce the volume below the total volume of Distributions associated with the Shipment.
- Select Edit under the Edit Distribution(s) column to Add/Manage Distributions associated with the Shipment.
- When users modify the Shipment volume (up or down) and click Save, Swift displays a confirmation modal to ensure users are aware of the new total Batch volume.
What can I do with Distributions from the Edit Batch View?
The Edit Distribution(s) drawer provides comprehensive distribution management for Shipments:
- Create new Distributions associated with a Shipment
- Edit existing Distributions
- Delete unwanted Distributions
- Form validations and checks are performed automatically to ensure users are creating valid transactions.
How do user create a new Associated Shipment from the Edit Batch View?
Adding new shipments is straightforward.
- Click the New Shipment button in the footer action menu.
- A new row appears in the Associated Shipments table.
- Select and click into the desired cell to input the required fields for the Shipment.
- After all required fields are correctly entered, the Save Changes button becomes active in the footer action menu.
- When users modify Shipment volume and click Save, Swift presents a confirmation modal showing the new total Batch volume.
