- Additional Insured (Magellan does not accept the designated insured endorsement)

- CA-9948 (Pollution Liability Broadened for Covered Autos)
EXCESS/UMBRELLA:
- $1,000,000
- Umbrella Liability or Excess Liability box checked
- Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation OR Follow Form wording in the description of operations box.
WORKERS COMPENSATION:
- Statutory Limits
- $1,000,000 Employers Liability
- Waiver of Subrogation
Once Magellan confirms your insurance meets our requirements, we will accept the insurance and this will extend the insurance date (or setup your Carrier Company) in our system.
