Use the Carrier app to download, sign, and upload signed copies of the Carrier Access Agreements for the business units you would like to load.
Uploading a Carrier Access Agreement (CAA)
- Log into the Carrier Portal or Carrier Accessibility App from the MyMagellan portal and select your carrier company name.
- In the Access Agreements (right-hand column) section, click “Actions” dropdown.
- Click "Get Access Agreement" to download the appropriate blank CAA form so you can review and sign it.
- Select the Magellan Business Unit (ex: Magellan Pipeline Company or MPL) that covers the terminals you want to access. If you're unsure which Business Unit to use, click the "Which Business Unit do I want?" link to see a list of terminals covered by each business unit.
- Once you've downloaded and signed the CAA, you next select “Submit an Access Agreement.”
- Select the Magellan Business Unit (ex: Magellan Pipeline Company or MPL) that matches the CAA you just signed
- Enter the contact information for the individual who should receive any legal notices from ONEOK.
- Click the “Choose File” link to find your signed CAA saved on your computer, and click “Submit.”
- ONEOK will review the agreement, countersign, and upload the copy signed by both parties ONLY AFTER the insurance requirements are met.
Once your Access Agreement is approved, your carrier dashboard will show "Approved for Loading" for that business unit.
