What is a Customer Authorization?
Things to Note:
- This process is most likely adding these new product codes to an existing Customer Authorization, rather than starting a new Customer Authorization setup altogether.
- These are Product-Specific Authorization Types; any other type (Unlimited, Limited, Monthly, Weekly, etc) do not need editing as it is already approved for all product grades that are enabled.

Product-Specific Process
From within Swift: https://swift.magellanlp.com/
Click on Customer Authorization tile. (Swift > Loading Module > Customer Authorization Tile)
1. Within the Filters section on the left-hand side, select Product Specific under Authorization Type.
You can further filter using any additional filters.
2. When you find the Customer to authorize, click the three vertical ellipse. Click Edit.
3. Review existing Authorization, including Authorized terminal locations.
4. Scroll to Search Products. Click within the Search Products field and type the Product to authorize. Click to add.
5. Review Loading Control ID.
6. Click Save.
