  • ONE: Error When Editing and Adding Distributions Simultaneously
    Users can edit the Shipment, existing Distribution(s), and add Distributions simultaneously without interruptions.  This resolved a conflict that caused errors when users would edit the Shipment, edit existing Distributions and add new Distributions simultaneously. 
  • TWO: Booking Origin Field Now Persists During Creation
    The selected 'Booking Origin' field persists (remains) when a user navigates away from the Shipper Allocation step during Batch creation.

View Batches, Shipments and Distributions Tabs

Default View is Now A List View 

First-time users accessing the Batches and Shipments module will now see a simplified List View by default.

  • Note: Returning users will retain their previous view settings. To reset to the default List View, refresh the page.

View Batch List Table Improvements
A new quick Search field lets you instantly find Batches. Just start typing any detail—Swift will display matching results as you go.
Navigate to the Parent Shipment from Distributions
From the Distributions overview, user can navigate to the parent Shipment, regardless of status.  Note: Shipment details are available only if the Batch is the assigned Shipper. 

Exporting Batches and Shipments

Batch exports now include the Origin Owner ID for each Batch. Both Batch and Shipment exports are limited to records that match the applied filters.

Auto-Selection of Booking Origin
During the Batch creation, the system now auto-selects the first booking origin from the list.

Direct Shipment Navigation

Users can now jump straight to the shipment details page from the batch edit screen for quicker access.

Edit Shipment Page Now Refreshes After Acceptance or Rejection
The page now refreshes automatically after accepting or rejecting a Shipment, displaying the updated status and details.

Reject Button Removed Where Not Applicable
The 'Reject Shipment' button has been removed for Shipments where the Batch Owner and Shipper are the same.
